An early stage enquiry, we are currently planning our wedding for aug 2009 and are looking for

AN APOLOGY - I let a customer down.
Mrs. Healy of Colchester ordered 10 cakes and although she enjoyed the
8 that I supplied she was very disappointed not to have received the 2 outstanding cakes.
Finally her patience ran out and I have since sent a cheque
to her covering the cost of the outstanding Cakes. I'll make sure that this situation does not happen again.
