This is a "Royal Mail"1st class service with proof of delivery
signature so if you need the parcel to be left with a neighbour or left at your place of work please advise me and I
will make sure the correct instructions are attached.
Kept in a sealed tin, my Fruit-cakes will stay fresh for 3-4 weeks.
Alternatively, why not pre-cut the cake into slices, freeze and defrost a slice
or two as and when you expect visitors (or for yourself).
Remember that Fruit cakes need longer to defrost than Sponge cakes, I recommend
defrosting for 24 hours at room temperature.
DO NOT REFREEZE.
