This is a "Royal Mail" 1st class service with proof of delivery signature so if you need the parcel to be left with a neighbour or at your place of work please advise me and I will make sure the correct instructions are attached.

My Sponge-cakes are supplied fresh and will freeze for up to 2 months.

Why not pre-cut the cake into pieces, freeze and defrost a slice or two as and when you expect visitors.
