This is a "Royal Mail" 1st class service with proof of delivery signature so if you need the parcel to be left with a neighbour or at your place of work please advise me and I will make sure the correct instructions are attached.

Kept in a sealed container my these cakes will stay fresh for 10-14 days.

Alternatively why not pre-cut the cake into slices, freeze and defrost a slice or two as and when you expect visitors.

Remember that these cakes need longer to defrost than Sponge cakes, I recommend a full 24hrs. at room temperature.
